Throat Activation

Unmuzzle the power of your voice

What truth are you scared to voice?

How often do you soften your story to not make people uncomfortable?

How much tension do you have in your jawline?

Throat Activation combines saying the fucking thing with somatic practices to make it feel safe to say the fucking thing.

-----

How it works;

Throat Activation includes 1 x 50 min 1:1 with Laura Loop + a ressource library,

You begin with the 1:1 session where it's intended for you to give voice to the things you don't know how to voice. A safe space to practice speaking your truth.

You'll then receive access to the ressource library where you'll find:

  • Unmuzzling visualisation meditation
  • Guide to difficult conversations
  • Mindset pieces
  • Somatic throat activations
  • Journaling to speak freely
  • EFT tapping
